Groups typically meet once a week at a day and time that best fits the group. There is no set agenda, but each group meeting normally includes prayer, communion, teaching, and fellowship. Beyond that, every group is free to do what works for the group members. Normally, the group activities may include worship, discussion, games, study, community ministry, and just about anything else that the group wants to pursue.
